1. General Information
All sales are subject to these Terms & Conditions, which comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. By placing an order with Bedsplus2020 Ltd, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
2. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in pound sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate.

While we make every effort to ensure our pricing is accurate and up to date, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Product images are provided for illustration only; colours, finishes, and detailing may differ slightly from what is displayed online.
3. Delivery & Risk

We deliver to most mainland England, Wales, and Scotland postcodes (including the Highlands & Grampians).

We cannot deliver to Ireland (including Northern Ireland) or any offshore islands such as the Isle of Wight or Isle of Man.

Orders placed to restricted areas may incur additional costs, which we reserve the right to recover.
- Deliveries to the following postcode areas may take longer and may include a surcharge: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, KY, P, PA, PH, TD.

Free Delivery applies only to mainland England & Wales, as defined by our third-party couriers.

Additional delivery options and charges for other UK regions will be shown at checkout.

Some postcodes may require the order to be placed by phone rather than online.

Standard delivery takes place between 7am and 7pm on the confirmed date.

Please provide accurate delivery details and ensure access is available on the day. A £75 re-delivery fee applies if delivery cannot be completed.
- Any changes must be made at least72 hours before delivery and may affect lead times, delivery dates, or incur charges.

Please check your items on arrival. Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
4. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery.

Rolled or vacuum-packed mattresses may only be returned if unopened, unless the product is faulty. This is due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations.

Wherever possible, goods should be returned in their original packaging.

If you wish to return non-faulty items, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the goods to us. If you prefer, we can arrange collection, and you agree to cover the direct costs of doing so.
5. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued once the returned goods have been received, inspected, and confirmed by our Returns Department to be in satisfactory condition.

Deductions may be made for any loss in value if the product has been handled in a way beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or function.
6. Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that your product is defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
7. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect losses or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
